  Hi, two weeks ago I recieved the "10" Chrome Solid Brass Square Led Shower Head 101A", but once I placed shower head, the leds were working perfectly, but now the leds are not working. Do you have any guarrantee for this? How can you help me?

  Hello, I ordered some faucets on your site and some parts are missing. The order number is 2012030265428. out of that order, the stand alone bath faucet does not have any connectors with it. in the same order, i did buy 2 small faucets and the connecting tubrs for the city connections where included. For the bath faucet, the connecting tubes are missing. I was wondering is there is a way I could obtain them. Thank you.
