  I bought this from you some months ago but the set was recently installed by my contractor. The water flow starts splashing too hard, everywhere. After a while of trial and error opening and closing the faucet and starting the flow slowly then the water flow changes to become a natural water flow that does not splash even if I open the flow to maximum. If I close the water flow and reopen it within 5 seconds the flow goes back to that smooth flow we want: however, if we wait longer than that the flow becomes rough and splashes every where!. I need to you please send me again a copy of the specs so that I can go over with my contractor. We need to resolve this issue now that the whole kit is installed. Your prompt response is much appreciated. I got pictures of the two types of flow that I can send by email if you send me your contact details. I was waiting for your online availability in Bijing hours but nobody is there even though now is Sat 11:30 am Beijing time. Need your help asap

  Description says:"Complete parts and all install fittings are included". But I don't understand how spout and handle are connected behind the wall. How do I do that? Can I have installation instructions for this faucet?
